Is there a free trial?

Do I need an ATS to use VeraHire?
No. VeraHire works standalone — upload resumes, screen, and interview without any other system. If you do run an ATS, we offer 50+ integrations so scores, transcripts, and reports flow straight into your existing workflow.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are a flat monthly (or annual) fee that includes a bundle of interviews and resume screenings. Go over your bundle and any extra usage is billed at pay-as-you-go rates ($7.00 per interview, $0.25 per screening). Choose annual billing to save roughly 20%. No setup fees, no per-seat charges.
What counts as an “interview”?
An interview is one completed first-round AI interview with a candidate — a natural-language conversation that produces a full transcript and a decision-ready report. Resume screenings (AI scoring of a single resume against a role) are counted and priced separately.
Is VeraHire secure and compliant?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on self-serve plans — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
